Overview:

A $100.00 grant will be provided to the first 18 participants registered. In the case of the Oval Swift Camp, up to an additional $100.00 grant will be provided, contingent upon a verified matching contribution by the athlete's club. In the case of the Early Snow Camp (for this age group; i.e. no Sport Outreach applicable), there will simply be a $100.00/athlete grant provided to the first 18 eligible athletes who register for the camp.

Eligibility:

• Not applying for, nor have received, a Sport Outreach Scholarship in 2001.
• Have not been selected to the Alberta Ski Team for 2001/2002.
• Athlete Must participate in the entire camp.
• Olympic Oval Swif Camp Only: To obtain the additional grant, based on club contribution, athlete must have confirmed club support as defined by completion of this Grant Application Form; i.e. a club executive member must sign the form (where indicated) to confirm the clubs actual contribution. There should be a motion noted in the club executive minutes of the support for this athlete to attend this camp.
• Lake Louise Early Snow Camp: All athletes must submit this application form completed but do not need to fill out the "Club Contribution" portions to be eligible for receiving a grant to this camp.
