I thought I would get things started, but I'm having a hard time thinking of anything to post. I guess the first task is to find out if anybody is going to read and respond to this posting. So here is goes, is anybody listening, and if so please respond.

Hey Alan I see your point, no sense writing paragraphs of stuff and have no one read it or even reply. So to let you know that there are people who are interested in what you say I will respond.

Now since you left it open and did not leave a topic to comment on how about I start the topic for today.

What do you think is the best post training recovery? I know carb and protein drinks are popular but how about ice cream with lasagna noodles?

Protein and carbs are overrated, that ice cream sustained me for the rest of the day. Of course that also had to do with the fact that I didn't have any money.

On a related topic, did you know that my Honda Civic can go from Edmonton to Canada Olympic Park and back on one tank of gas!

By the way, thank you Mike for picking up my wallet.

Geez Alan! Welcome to the world of the internet! If there's one thing I've learned from Homestarrunner.com, its that the internet is a place where absolutely nothing happens, ever.

Just check out this link:
