That was quite the article Alan had in the Outdoor section! Nicely done. Perhaps now we'll have total beginners ripping down hills with no brakes. Could be very amusing! Although, I thought it odd that they used a picture where your face was partially blocked by your hand. I would have thought they'd have a slightly better one.
On a related hilarious note, last night at training a bunch of us were standing around after some intervals as a very large running room group ran by. A person in the last little group running past actually said "Oh! They're Ice Jogging!"
