Is your club hosting a loppet or race? (i.e Alberta Cup, Loppet, Community Event, Ski Day or Festival)
Event Sanctioning Process:
If your club is organizing a race, Loppet or event you must register it under the CCC Event Sanctioning online system. It is available on Zone 4 for all clubs. You must complete this form 2 weeks before your event in order to ensure you are covered under CCC’s Liability policies.

Trailer Rental Equipment
Does your club need to rent the trailer with supplies?
CCA has two trailer available for rent throughout the cross-country ski season (September-April)
- North Trailer (Fort Saskatchewan)
- South Trailer (Bragg Creek)
The following supplies & equipment are available for rent to all AB Clubs & community organizations:
- Snow fencing
- V Boards
- Bibs
- Timing Equipment
- Tables
- Whiskers
- Podium
Partial Loans
Anytime after Dec. 1 of each year, either CCA or designated Equipment Hosts may arrange for partial loans of trailer equipment, such as renting solely the radios, timing equipment, or v-boards – subject to no compromise of the approved provincial Trailer Schedule. The fee for such loans will be 50% of the above fees.
